| 摘 要： | 卫星通信以其机动性好、架设开通迅速、通信距离远等诸多优点,广泛应用在反恐维稳、抢险救灾等应急任务中,随着卫星技术的发展,卫星转发器带宽进一步拓展,转发器功率进一步提高,使得利用卫星通信传输多种业务成为现实,本系统在用户端将各业务综合于IP数据包,经由卫星信道的IP数据传输,集中到指挥所端进行软交换,实现多业务通信。
