铁电微管的制备与表征

摘    要:采用化学浸润法在多孔硅模板上制备了锆钛酸铅(PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3,PZT)铁电微管,X射线衍射分析表明铁电微管为钙钛矿结构.运用扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜对铁电微管的微现形貌进行了观察,其姑果显示两种方法所测得的铁电微管直径不同.利用压电响应力显微镜观察到了铁电微管的电畴图像,并测得了铁电微管的微区电滞回...

Abstract:PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3(PZT) ferroelectric micro-tubes were fabricated by chemical solution infiltration of porous Si templates.The perovskite phase of micro-tubes was proved by X-ray diffraction.The microstructure of PZT tubes was investigated by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) and atom force microscopy(AFM).The result showed that the diameters of tubes are different.Domain of tubes was imaged by piezoresponse force microscopy(PFM),and the local hysteresis loops were measured using the same equipment.
