热工DCS保护误动、拒动原因分析及对策

摘    要:本文对热工DCS保护误动及拒动原因进行了分析和总结,并提出了防止热工保护误动及拒动应采取的措施或对策,例如通过优化逻辑组态、采用技术成熟、可靠的热控元件、尽可能地采用冗余设计等。并从DCS系统的硬件和软件等方面,总结应用经验,从实践出发,阐述了一些如何防止DCS失灵的措施。

Abstract:In this paper,we analysised and summarized the thermal protection malfunction of DCS.Also,we proposed thermal protection to prevent malfunction and refuse to move of the device.For example,by optimizing the logical configuration,using mature technology,and reliable thermal control components,using redundant design and so on.And from the DCS system hardware and software,etc.we summarized the experience and described a number of measures to prevent the failure of DCS.
