预弯曲动力学防斜快钻技术的试验研究

摘    要:预弯曲动力学防斜打快钻井技术主要利用预弯曲动力学防斜打快钻具组合在井眼中的涡动特征,在钻头上形成一个远大于钟摆降斜力的防斜力,从而使井眼保持垂直。预弯曲动力学防斜打快钻具组合是一种带预弯曲结构的特种钻具组合,钻进时,其在井眼内形成特定的涡动轨迹,引起钻具组合以较大的不平衡几率向下井壁方向振动,从而实现向下井壁的冲击力。常规钟摆和满眼钻具组合的工作原理都是力求钻具组合发生尽可能小的变形,减小钻具组合因变形引起的增斜力。预弯曲动力学防斜打快钻具组合在胜利油田史138-6井进行的试验表明,这种方法具有很好的防斜打快效果。与邻井常规钟摆钻具组合相比,这种钻具组合的钻压提高50%以上,机械钻速则提高120%。文中给出了钻压和转速对预弯曲动力学防斜打快钻具组合防斜力的影响规律。

Abstract:The drilling techniques of anti-deviation and fast penetration with pre-bending dynamics can make the well hole vertical by using the whirl features of the BHA of anti-deviation and fast penetration with pre-bending dynamics to create an anti-deviation force that is much more than the pendulum dropping force. The BHA of anti-deviation and fast penetration with pre-bending dynamics is a special BHA with pre-bending structure, which can create special whirl track, make the BHA downward vibration with larger imbalanced probability, and produce downward impact during drilling. The working principle of conventional BHA with pendulum and full hole is to prevent the BHA from deformation as much as possible, and decrease the deviation force caused by BHA deformation. The tests of the BHA of anti-deviation and fast penetration with pre-bending dynamics in Well Si 138-6 of Shengli Oilfield show the BHA has good effects of anti-deviation and fast penetration. The bit pressure of the BHA can increase more than 50% and the penetration rate can increase 120% comparing with the adjacent wells using conventional pendulum drilling assembly. Also, it is described the influence of bit pressure and rotate speed on anti-deviation force of the BHA of anti-deviation and fast penetration with pre-bending dynamics.
