天津滨海地区入海河道淤泥利用的对策研究

天津地区入海河道河口淤积严重,影响河道的行洪能力,政府每年投入大量的资金用于河口的清淤工程。同时清淤工程占用大量的土地资源,对周边环境造成影响。对河口原生淤泥的性能进行研究分析,提出原生淤泥的处理和改善措施。在工业试验研究的基础上,对利用海泥烧砖项目进行了经济、环境和防洪效益分析。

Studies on Countermeasure of Making Use of Tidal River Silt in Tianjin Coastal Region

Siltation is very serious in the tidal river and estuary of Tianjin region.And it lowers the flood carrying capacity of river.Government invests much in the silt clearing works every year.At the same time,the silt clearing works occupies a large amount of land resources,and pollutes the environment around.In this paper,the properties of virgin silt have been analysed in the tidal river,and some measures have been put up to improve the properties of the virgin silt.On the basis of the industrial experiments and researches,the paper has analysed the economical benefits,social effects and environmental effects about the item of baking bricks using tidal river silt.
