| 摘 要： | 从国内外对城市遗产概念的认识过程这一根本性问题出发，阐述了城市遗产保护的重要性。并且梳理了城市遗产保护与合理再利用的原则及相关概念。最后，文章试图提出加强保护法规建设，强化遗产保护中的主体作用，完善规划控制和管理制度，建立遗产保护机构及培养专业人士等策略。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the fundamenta problems on the recognition process of the concept of urban heritage from domestic and abroad, the article expounds the importance of urban heritage preservation The article also reviews the principle of urban heritage preservation and the relevant conceptions. Finally, the article tries to bring forth such strategies as strengthening construction of heritage preservative laws, intensifying the subjective function of heritage preservation, promoting the control and management of planning, and establishing the professional organizations of heritage preservation and training professionals |
