| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the causes forming corrosion at the inner surface of pipe for water distribution and the effects of water quality on the corrosion. It puts forward several methods of controlling corrosion, such as transforming old metal pipes, using corrosion resistant materials, changing water chemistry and putting the inhibitor in the water. |
