水平定向钻机节能控制试验研究

摘    要:本文分析了工作时发动机转速波动对燃油消耗的影响,提出了水平定向钻机动力系统节能控制策略,建立了水平定向钻机节能控制系统。采用模糊控制算法在节能试验台上,分别用三角波和阶跃信号及用梯形信号加载进行了节能控制台架实验,试验结果表明,本文提出的节能控制策略及设计的节能控制系统,能够降低水平定向钻机的燃油消耗率。

Abstract:Analyzed the effect that the rotate speed fluctuation of the engine had on fuel consumption when it worked in this paper, the strategy of saving energy control of dynamic system for Level Directional Drilling Machine was advanced, and saving energy control system of Level Directional Drilling Machine was established. It used fuzzy control arithmetic on saving energy testbed, and performed saving energy control experiment by loading triangle wave, impulse signal, and echelon signal separately. The result showed that the strategy of saving energy control put forward, and saving energy control system designed in this paper are able to lower the rate of fuel consumption of Level Directional Drilling Machine.
