| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用于继电保护装置调试的多功能测量仪，详细说明了测量仪的硬件构成原理、软件实现方法和抗干扰措施。该仪表以８０９８单片机为核心，具有量程自动转换功能，并配有微型打印机，实现汉字打印输出。该测量仪功能齐全，可完成电压、电流、频率、相角、阻抗及继电器动作时间等多种信号的采集、处理、显示和打印。

| Abstract: | A kind of multifunction meassuring device used in debugging of relay protection is introduced in this paper. The working principals of its hardware, the frame of its software and its anti-disturbance measures are illuminated in detail. This measuring device, which is based on 8098 single chip microprocessor, can change measurement range automatically. It is equipped with a mini-printer that can print Chinese characters, thus, the measuring device can not only gather and process such signals as voltage, current, frequency and so on, but also display and print them in demand. |
