摘    要:本文设计的在线状态检测和故障诊断专家系统采用PC104工控机作为上位主控机,选用C8051F040及ATmega8单片机作为各子节点主控芯片。子节点根据其检测对象的不同又分别设计有多个检测模块,各模块在节点主控单元的统一控制下实时采集车载设备工况特征信号。各子节点主控单元采用相同的模块化设计,编写统一的应用层通信协议,通过标准CAN2.0B接口,与上位机交互测控信息。上位机采用智能故障诊断和专家数据库相结合的诊断方式。经过实车调试,有效解决了车内布局和电磁兼容性,保证了可靠性和稳定性,实现了在线状态检测和故障诊断隔离,具有极高的实用价值。

Abstract:This paper adopts embedded computer PC104 as main control computer,and C8051F040 as intelligent node control kernel,which makes up of CAN net.Every test node includes several test modules.These modules gather the inherent signal characteristic of the system in real time and measure the on-line running state of the system.The MCU of test nodes adopt modularized design method,design uniform application layer protocol,and communicate with the master computer by normal CAN2.0B.This system works with high reliability and stability,effectively resolves equipment layout and EMC,and has very good practical properties.
