摘    要:在斜齿轮有限元分析中,齿根是重要的分析对象.通常是将齿轮的齿根过渡曲线进行简化处理.利用Pro/E参数化建模功能,考虑到实际加工情况,通过创建符合实际设计的齿根过渡曲线,建立了变位斜齿轮三维模型,并利用Marc软件对两种齿轮模型进行了分析比较.

Abstract:The tooth root is an important unit in the finite element analysis of helical gear analysis. Usually the gear root transition curve is simplified. Taking into account the actual processing conditions in line with the actual design, through the creation of the filet curve, a deflection gear three-dimensional model is established by Pro/E parametric modeling function, and two gears model are analyzed and compared by Marc software.
