喷丸强化对纯钛马氏体疲劳性能的影响

摘    要:对六方金属纯钛马氏体进行喷丸强化,观察强化层疲劳前后显微组织结构和残余应力的变化,测定强化层内的显微硬度。试验结果表明:喷丸强化层组织中有高密度位错、变形孪晶和变形带产生,变形孪晶交织成栅栏结构;显微硬度显提高;残余压应力在疲劳加载中部分松 。并依上述分析对喷丸提高疲劳强度的机理进行解释。

Abstract:Pure titanium with a martensitic microstructure is processed by shot peening The near surface regions is characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction and microhardness measurements The investigations revealed that there are high density dislocations,deformation twins and deformation bands in the strengthened surface layers,and twin-twin interweave resulting of twin paling effects Enhancement of microhardness is obtained High compressive residual stress occurs,and then partially relaxes under fatigue loading The mechanisms of the enhancement of fatigue strength are explained by the factors above mentioned
