电网规划的灰色系统方法

摘    要:本介绍了一种灰色负荷信息条件下的电网规划新方法。该方法融合传统的线性潮流估计技术和最新的灰色系统理论,通过对原始数据的信息白化和多级规划结果的GM(1,1)建模分析,得到了投资风险较小的网络扩展决策。

Abstract:This paper presents a new approach fortransmission network planning with load growth un-certainties. The approach integrates Linear Flow Eval-uation and Grey System Principle,and induces a newdata analysis formulationGM(1,1),which is used toevaluate properties of right of ways and amend to ca-pacity allocation of new generators.Grey program-ming problem with uncertainty constrains is formulat-ed as Multi-hierarchical Comprehensive Evaluation al-gorithm,and a reduced risk network expansion sce-nario will be put forward.
