湿法腈纶短纤维油剂的研制

摘    要:以高碳醇磷酸酯盐为主体,以脂肪胺醚、高碳酯醚作为平滑剂,以高碳甜菜碱为柔软剂,以蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为乳化剂设计了油剂配方。分析了油剂的物化指标和应用性能,并进行了工业化应用试验。结果表明:自制的湿法腈纶短纤维油剂的平滑、抱和、抗静电等性能与进口意大利油剂基本相当;在纺丝、制条、成球,以及开松、梳棉、成网等工序具有良好的可纺性。

Abstract:An optimized spinning finish formulation for PAN staple fiber was developed in which high alkyl phosphate was used as the main antistatic agent,aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene and alkyl polyoxyethylene ester as lubricant,high alkyl betaine as softer,castor oil polyoxyethylene and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene as emulsifier.The physical and chemical index and perform- ance of the spinning finish were analyzed.The spinning finish was applied in commercial production.The results showed that the self-developed spinning finish for PAN staple fiber was equal to the imported ones from Italy in lubrication,cohesion and antistat- ic properties and showed good spinnability in the processes of spinning,silvering,balling,opening,carding and web forming.
