摘    要:在200 kt/a气相法聚丙烯装置上进行了透明聚丙烯专用树脂的工业开发,并对生产的透明聚丙烯专用树脂采用13C NMR、差热扫描量热法(DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等分析技术进行结构和性能的研究。结果表明,无规共聚 聚丙烯树脂K4818具有典型的无规共聚物序列结构,序列结构中PPE和PEP(P表示丙烯链段,E表示乙烯链段)含量高,乙烯较均匀地分布在共聚物链上。K4818树脂的拉伸屈服强度大于或等于28 MPa,冲击强度大于或等于3.0kJ/m2,雾度小于或等于30%。K4818树脂成型性好,制品具有机械强度高、透明性好等优点。

Abstract:ansparent speciality polypropylene(PP) resin K4818 was developed and produced by gas phase polymerization in a 200 kt/a PP plant. Structure and properties of speciality resin were studied by means of 13C NMR.DSC and GPC. Speciality resin had typical random copolymer array structure. Contents of PPE and PEP were high. Ethylene was evenly distributed in copolymer chains. Tensile strength of speciality resin K4818 at yield equaled to or higher than 28 MPa,impact strength equal to or higher than 3.0 kJ/m2 and haze percentage equaledz to or lower than 30% . Speciality resins feature in good processability. Products made of resin K4818 are of high mechanical strength and good transparency.
