高阻隔偏氯乙烯共聚胶乳的研制

摘    要:通过对偏氯乙烯共聚单体、乳化体系及其加入方式等的试验,掌握了有关控制胶乳黏度、粒径、最低成膜温度等工艺条件。采用10L试验釜,研制出了高阻隔食品包装用PVDC胶乳.其主要性能与日本旭化成公司的PVDC胶乳(L803C)相当。

Abstract:According to the experiment which regulate the copolymerization of vinylidene chloride monomer, emulsifying system and its process, the process conditions were mastered, including control of latex viscosity,particle size, the minimum film forming temperature. The high-barrier PVDC latex for food packaging in 10L polot reactor was developed. The main performance was commensurate with the Japanese Asahi Kasei PVDC latex (L803C).
