| 摘 要： | 介绍成像电荷耦合器件（ＩＣＣＤ）双色热图像焊接温度场检测系统。为缩短图像数据处理时间，提高测量速度，提出一种标定方法，包括离线标定和在线标定。这种方法能够使每场测量时间从１ｓ缩短到０．５ｓ，而测量精度没有降低。

| Abstract: | Temperature field measurement by ICCD (imaging charge coupled device) two-color thermal images is introdued. In order to shorten the time for image data processing, and increase the measuring speed, an original calibration method, including off-line and on-line calibration is proposed. The measuring time can then be decreased from ls to 0. 5s,while the accuracy keeps the same. The proposed method greatly facilitates the application of the described temperature field measurement in practice. |
