摘    要:故障检测与诊断技术是一门应用型的边缘学科,本文介绍了基于专家系统和虚拟仪器技术的变频器故障诊断系统。该系统成功地将专家系统和虚拟仪器技术相结合,用专家系统方法实现计算机的智能诊断,用虚拟仪器技术实现了不同厂家不同型号的仪器的协同工作和数据共享,提高了变频器的故障诊断与修复的效率。

Abstract:The technology of failure detecting and diagnosing is a marginal applied subject. This paper introduces an Inverter failure diagnosis system based on expert system and virtual instrument technology This system combined both technologies successfully, it realizes the intelligent failure diagnosis with the aid of computer expert system. Through it also realizes data sharing and cooperation of different types of instruments manufactured by different companies with the aid of the virtual instrument technology, thus improves the efficiency of failure diagnosis and repair of inverters.
