| 摘 要： | 邯钢6号高炉大修后炉腰和炉身一层采用了铸钢冷却壁,通过控制铸钢冷却壁水温差、建立合理的操作炉型,并采用富氧、热风炉预热系统、提高煤比、加强原燃料管理,达到了高炉强化冶炼和提高经济效益的目的.

| Abstract: | In heavy repair of No.6 blast furnace the cooling wall of casting steel was adopted for its belly and shaft.The aim is reached to strengthen the smelt of blast furnace and get better economic profit by controlling the temperature difference in the wall and building up a reasonable operating profile as well as adopting rich oxygen,preheating with hot blast stove,raising coal ratio,enhancing raw material and fuel management and etc. |
