多抽头感应器在实际生产中的应用

摘    要:阐述了多抽头工频感应器的设计原理、制作方法以及在生产中的应用。实践证明,在工频淬火机床电源不可调功的情况下,采用多抽头感应器加热工件,可以实现有级调功以控制感应器加热层深、加热速度及提高感应器功率的目的。另外,多抽头感应器对一些特殊的表面淬火产品(如桥式起重机走行轮)的处理也十分有效。

Abstract:The design principle of the multi - tap industrial frequency inductor, as well as the manufacturing methods and the practical production have described in this article. The actual operation approves that under the condition of un - regulated power source for the industrial frequency quenching machine tool and the heating of the working piece with the multi - tap inductor, the step power regulation can be realized in order to reach the purpose of controlling the layer depth of the heating, the heating speed of the inductor , as well as the inductor power efficacy improvement. In addition, the multi - tap inductor is very much effective for the surface treatment of the special quenched product, such as the traveling wheel of the gantry crane.
