| 摘 要： | 水危机的出现，制约了社会的发展。为了保证水资源的持续利用，现今的水资源管理必须站在可持续发展的角度上，即建立可持续水资源管理。文章简要论述了可持续水资源管理的主要内容及其发展方向，并提出了提高可持续水资源管理能力的几种手段。

| Abstract: | The emergence of water crisis restricts the development of society. In order to ensure sustainable use of water resources, the present water resources management shall be established from sustainable development perspective. This paper discusses the content and its developing direction of sustainable water resources management, and brings forward some manners to improve the capability of sustainable water resources management. |
