| 摘 要： | 随着江阴经济的发展，建设江阴“外滩”正成为当地城市建设的重点。本文从人的发展、城市的发展、江阴的发展解读滨水地区开发的必要性和时代性，并围绕“滨水生活的回归”设计理念，进行城市设计的建构。

| Abstract: | Alone with the development of Jiangyin economic, the building of Jiangyin bund has become the focus of city construction. This paper explains the waterfront exploiting is necessary from the point of people's development, city development and Jiangyin's development. The paper also concerns the city construction, which revolved around the design concept of tracing back to the riverside life. |
