基于纤维孔隙状况的皮革服装材料热湿舒适性的比较

摘    要:天然皮革服装具有独特的穿用风格特征和热湿舒适性能。研究中选取绵羊服装革、PU合成革、PVC人造革作为主要实验对象,通过对上述三种材料湿热舒适性能指标的测定和比较,分析了不同材料之间湿热舒适性能的差异。并根据三种材料纤维编织状态和孔隙分布SEM图的对比分析,探讨了材料结构中纤维编织孔隙状况对材料热湿舒适性能的影响。实验结果表明,天然皮革的热湿舒适性大大优于仿皮革材料,纤维结构以及涂饰膜中孔隙的多少、分布和孔隙通道状况是影响皮革服装热湿舒适性的重要因素。

Abstract:Sheep garment leather,PU and PVC artificial leathers,acrylic batt and camlet were selected as objects in the study and their thermal-wet comfort properties were tested.The difference in thermal-wet comfort properties among different materials were analyzed using SEM images and the influence of woven state and pore distribution on thermal-wet comfort property of the material was investigated.The experimental results showed that the thermal-wet comfort property of natural leather is much better than that of artificial ones.Pores quantity,distribution and channels of the coated film,and fiber structure are the crucial factors affecting thermal-wet comfort property of leather garment materials.
