| Abstract: | The article deeply analyzes difficulties about conviction and sentence criterion and corporate crime recognition of the crime of jeopardizing computer information system security,according to the recently enacted supreme judicial interpretations.The author brings forward the relevant judicial judgement rules on the crime of jeopardizing computer information system security on the basis of criminal law doctrine on cyber-crime. |
