| 摘 要： | 在项目过程评价的基础上,建立评价指标模型,并运用层次分析法(AHP)确定选定指标的权重。由5级成功度评价法给出单项评分值,结合指标权重最后给出黑河流域近期治理项目过程评价的结果。

| Abstract: | Based on process evaluation of program,establishes the evaluation model and apply Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of evaluating indexes.According to V successful degree evaluation,the article combines the single evaluating score with evaluating weight of indexes to determine the result of the process evaluation of near-future for water treatment of Hei River. |
