机动方舱液压系统设计

摘    要:军用机动方舱中,将液压系统载荷视为稳定静载荷.液压泵采用定量泵,电磁阀使液压马达实现正反转,使方舱可前后移动.或使支腿油缸伸出与收回,完成方舱的支立和落位.液压马达的锁定保证方舱水平方向稳定,支腿油缸的锁定实现方舱垂直方向的稳定.溢流阀防止因故障导致系统压力的非正常升高而损坏元件.

Abstract:The load of a hydraulic system is looked upon stabile whisht load in military cabins. A fix quantify hydraulic pump is adopted. Electromagnetism valves turn hydraulic motor in positive negative direction, and put out/take back hydraulic urn legs, the uprising and withdrawal of a cabin is finished. A hydraulic motor is locked for keeping cabin stabilization in level direction and a hydraulic urn legs is locked for keeping cabin stabilization in perpendicular direction. A flooding valve avoids abnormal hoist for failure.
