基于CFD的轴流压缩机进气端蜗壳流场计算

摘    要:针对改造的某型号轴流压缩机焊接结构,为了更好地确定该结构进气端蜗壳的流体性能,采取专业计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT对进气端蜗壳进行了流场计算,通过添加十字型挡板和圆滑导流板等结构对蜗壳结构进行了改进,设计了三种改良方案,并分析了各自方案的蜗壳内部流体参数,如速度与总压等物理量的分布规律。结果表明,在蜗壳喉部区域添加圆滑导流板,同时在进口区域设置十字型挡板的改进方案具有较好的流场特性,在总压损失、出口面流场均匀性方面都较原结构有了明显的改进,取得了较好的效果。

The Numerical Simulation on Fluid Property of Inlet Volute in an Axial Flow Compressor Based on CFD

Abstract:In this paper, the professional CFD software, FLUENT, is used to analyze a large welded axial compressor, aiming at optimizing the fluid field of the inlet volute. With reasonable simplification, some meaningful parameters such as velocity distribution, total pressure are obtained. With adding cross-shaped damper and smoothing baffle, three modified models for the inlet volute are built and examined to optimize the fluid field of the inlet volute. The result shows that adding a cross baffle and a smooth diversion plate enable the inlet volutes having a better flow field. The modified inlet shows a better performance in terms of total pressure loss and the uniformity of the exit face.
