摘    要:早期钢厂兴建的空分设备,通常采用氧、氮气产量比例为1∶1的分子筛吸附净化流程。随着炼钢工艺不断进步,新老设备更替,炼钢容量不断加大,导致钢厂的氮气用量不断增加。结合实际改造经验,探讨通过改造原空分设备以满足氮气需求的思路及方法。

Abstract:The air separation plants of the early-buih steel works usually adopt molecular sieve adsorption purification process at output ratio of oxygen: gaseous nitrogen 1:1. Increasingly improvement of steel making process, upgrade of old equipment, and ceaseless expansion of steel making capacity result in continuous increase of gaseous nitrogen consumption of steel works. Here, the idea and method of meeting gaseous nitrogen demands through reform of the previous air separation plant in combination with the actual reform experiences is approached.
