C70型车箱端墙焊缝缺陷分析与控制

摘    要:C70型车箱端墙焊缝在进行矫正直立部分弯曲角度时,发生焊缝崩断现象。对焊接工艺、焊缝化学成分及焊缝过渡区宏观、微观形貌分析表明:焊缝崩断的主要原因在于焊接工艺存在明显的问题,导致焊缝未熔合。采用两次焊、降低焊接电压,有效杜绝了焊缝崩断现象。

Abstract:Welding line was broke off during rectifying welding distort,Welding process,chemical composition of welding line, macroscopic and microscopic appearance of welding line transition zone was analyzed ,It shows that welding line break-off results from unreasonable welding process. Employing the process of welding twice and lower welding voltage can avoid this un-melting welding line defect.
