高效液相色谱法测定高纯度邻羟基苯甲醚

摘    要:对用高效液相色谱-反相色谱内标法测定高纯度邻羟基苯甲醚进行了研究。采用C18反相柱,流动相为V(甲醇):V(质量分数为0.2%乙酸水溶液)=50:50,紫外检测波长为275nm,流速为0.8mL/min。邻羟基苯甲醚的最低检测质量浓度为0.04ug/mL,在0.1~100ug/mL范围内邻羟基苯甲醚的峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好(y=0.9999)。以对苯二酚为内标物,用内标法检测高纯度邻羟基苯甲醚含量。用此方法邻羟基苯甲醚回收率为99.9%~100.2%。

Abstract:A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method is used for the determination of pure 2-methoxyphenol. The conditions are as follows: a C18 column, the mobile phase V(methanol) : V(0.2% acetic acid) = 50:50, 2-methoxyphenol monitored at 275 nm by UV detector, the flow rate 0.8 mL/min, and the detection limit 0. 04 ug/mL. A good liner correlation was found between the peak areas and the concentrations in the range of 0.1- 100 ug/mL of 2-methoxyphenol (y=0. 999 9). The ranges of the recovery of 2-methoxyphenol were 99.9% -100.2% with hydroquinone as internal standard.
