中冶新材新能源汽车用硅钢退火涂层机组装备特点

对中冶新材新能源汽车用高牌号无取向硅钢退火涂层生产线进行了介绍，指出了该生产线的主要技术装备及特点，包括高速高效退火涂层机组成套装备、绿色节能环保型清洗技术、高效节能型退火炉装备、炉内高温微张力控制技术等，以及退火炉智能数学模型、硅钢磁性能预测智能模型等智能制造技术，基本实现了整条机组操作少人化、局部无人化、控制监控集中化的智能化目标。

Equipment characteristics of annealing coating unit for silicon steel used in new energy vehicles in WISDRI (Xinyu) Cold Rolling New Material Technology Co. Ltd.

The annealing coating unit for high brand non oriented silicon steel used in new energy vehicles in WISDRI (Xinyu) Cold Rolling New Material Technology Co. Ltd. was introduced in this paper, especially for the main technological equipments and their characteristics, such as high speed and high efficiency annealing coating unit, cleaning technology of green and energy saving and environmental protection , annealing furnace of high efficiency and energy conservation,  micro tension control technology for high temperature invironment in furnace, and some intelligent manufacturing technologies like intelligent mathematical mode of annealing furnace, intelligent model for predicting magnetic properties of silicon steel. The production practice showed that it can basically realizes the intelligent goal of the whole unit with fewer people, local unmanned and centralized control and monitoring.
