装箱密度对异地配送烟丝质量的影响

摘    要:为确定合适的异地供丝装箱密度,测试分析了不同条件下配方烟丝及其组分的堆积密度和沉积密度,并对比跟踪了不同装箱密度条件下烟丝质量和卷制质量变化。结果表明:(1)在装箱烟丝密度小于振实沉积密度时,对异地供丝的配方烟丝填充值和弹性影响较小。(2)随着装箱密度的增加,配送前后烟丝的含水率变化值整体呈减小趋势,填充值变化值整体呈增大趋势,整丝率和碎丝率变化值呈先减小后增大趋势;卷烟的烟支端部落丝量呈先降低后增加趋势,含末率整体呈增加趋势,感官质量一致性有所提升。(3)烟丝在配送过程会产生下陷,质量指标和消耗变化较大的拐点多在振实沉积密度处,为统筹异地供丝质量和成本,装箱密度不宜超过烟丝振实沉积密度。

Abstract:To determine the suitable packing density in cases during off-site delivery of cut tobacco, the bulk density and deposition density of blended cut tobacco and its constituents under different conditions were measured. The variations of quality and making quality of cut tobacco at different packing densities in cases were comparatively analyzed, and the results showed that: 1) When the packing density of cut tobacco was less than the vibrated deposition density, the effects on the filling value and elasticity of the off-site delivered blended cut tobacco were minor. 2) With the increase of the packing density, before and after the delivery, the changes in moisture contents in cut tobacco decreased generally, the changes in filling values increased generally, the changes of integral strand proportions and short strand proportions decreased first and then increased; loss of tobacco from the ends of cigarette decreased first and then increased, the dust contents in manufactured cigarettes increased generally, and the consistency of sensory quality was improved to some extents. 3) Cut tobacco packed in cases suffered sagging during delivery, the inflection point with large changes in the quality indexes and consumption was mostly at the vibrated deposition density. In order to coordinate the quality and cost of off-site delivery of cut tobacco, the packing density should not be higher than the vibrated deposition density of cut tobacco.
