摘    要:为解决ZJ112A细支烟卷接机组无法剔除卷烟纸内部隐形拼接头的问题,研制了一种新型卷烟纸拼接头检测装置。在原机红外光电拼接头检测装置的基础上,加装专用光学透镜,将红外检测光斑直径控制在2 mm以内;加装信号处理模块,提高检测精度;加装可视化显示模块,用于实时监控红外信号的测量值。采用定制的36盘卷烟纸对检测装置进行测试,结果表明:改进后能够将换盘接头和内部隐形拼接头全部剔除,剔除率达到100%。该技术可为提高卷烟产品质量提供支持。

Abstract:In order to reject the slim cigarette wrapped with spliced cigarette paper, a new splice detector was designed for ZJ112A slim cigarette maker. On the basis of existing infrared photoelectric splice detector, a special optical lens was installed to focus the detection spot to less than 2 mm in diameter, a signal processing module was added to promote detection accuracy, and a visual display module was added to monitor the measured value of the infrared signal real-timely. The designed detector was tested with 36 bobbins of cigarette paper with purposely made splices. The results showed that any cigarette wrapped by spliced cigarette paper was detectable and rejected, no matter whether the splice was originated from the bobbin change or the bobbin, the rejection rate reached 100%. This technology provides a support for promoting cigarette quality.
