膏体充填采矿法人工假底保护层形变理论初探

摘    要:地下矿山随着开采深度的不断变化,高地压、大应力产生的安全风险及固废产生的环保风险将成为制约企业安全生产的重要因素,目前众多资源开采型企业均大力推广使用膏体充填采矿法解决该风险,但膏体充填工艺发展时间较短,基础理论研究成熟度有待提升,下向式膏体充填法实施过程中时常出现假底漏筋,脱层等安全隐患。本文基于膏体充填采矿法人工假底变形理论,对影响假底形变的因素进行了分析,探讨了假底形变机理。还对假底的粘合力和线性系数进行了研究,为进一步完善膏体充填采矿法人工假底变形理论提供了理论依据。

Theoretical study on deformation of artificial protective layer in paste backfill mining method

Abstract:With the continuous change in the depth of underground mining, safety risks arising from high ground pressure and large stresses, as well as environmental risks arising from solid waste, have become important factors restricting the safe production of enterprises. Currently, many resource-extracting companies are vigorously promoting the use of paste filling mining methods to solve these risks. However, the development time of paste filling technology is relatively short and the maturity of basic theoretical research needs to be improved. During the implementation of the downward paste filling method, safety hazards such as false bottoms, leaks, and delamination often occur.Based on the theory of artificial false bottom deformation in paste filling mining, this paper analyzes the factors affecting false bottom deformation and discusses the mechanism of false bottom deformation. It also studies the adhesive strength and linear coefficient of false bottoms, providing a theoretical basis for further improving the theory of artificial false bottom deformation in paste filling mining.
