ZJ17卷接机组吸丝带导向带轮的改进

为解决ZJ17卷接机组吸丝带导向带轮轴承易损坏、更换时间长等问题，对导向带轮进行了改进。设计了一种由固定轴和凸台套管轴组成的两段式带轮轴，便于轴承拆卸和维修；在带轮上增加凸台对轴承进行防尘和定位；增大轴承尺寸以降低轴承损坏频率。以济南卷烟厂使用的ZJ17卷接机组为对象进行测试，结果表明:改进后导向带轮轴承损坏次数由3.6次/月减少至1.2次/月，轴承更换时间缩短18.5 min/次。该方法可为提高卷接设备运行效率提供支持。 

Modification of guide pulley of suction band in ZJ17 filter cigarette maker

In order to prolong the working life and shorten the time for bearings replacement, the guide pulley for suction band in ZJ17 cigarette maker was modified. A two-section pulley shaft composed of a fixed shaft and a sleeve was designed. A flange was added on the pulley for dust prevention and bearing positioning. The bearing size was enlarged for reducing the frequency of bearing damage. The modified guide pulley was tested on a ZJ17 filter cigarette maker in Jinan Cigarette Factory, the results showed that the frequency of guide pulley bearing damage decreased from 3.6 to 1.2 times/month, and the time for bearing replacing shortened by 18.5 min. This method provides a support for promoting the operation efficiency of cigarette maker.
