摘    要:为解决软盒硬化卷烟商标纸搭口开胶等问题,通过对YB25软盒包装机商标纸上胶工艺进行改进,设计了一种商标纸冷热胶组合喷涂系统和喷嘴清洁装置。结合主传动轴编码器相位信号,由控制器控制热熔胶喷涂机构和冷胶喷涂机构分别完成热熔胶和冷胶的喷涂;通过毛毡对冷胶枪喷嘴进行清洁,并利用凡士林对冷胶枪喷嘴进行密封,防止冷胶凝固堵塞喷嘴。以玉溪卷烟厂生产的中支卷烟为对象对改进前后YB25包装机进行测试,结果表明:改进后烟包商标纸粘贴牢固,单箱商标纸消耗量降低9.3%,烟包不合格率降低4.97百分点。该技术可为提高卷烟包装品质提供支持。

Abstract:In order to prevent the seams of cigarette packet packed with stiff label from opening, a hybrid system, which combined a cold adhesive applicator with a hot melt adhesive applicator, and a nozzle cleaning device were designed via modifying the label gluing process of YB25 soft packer. Incorporating the phase signal from the encoder of the main transmission shaft, a controller controls the hot melt adhesive applicator and cold adhesive applicator to complete the application of hot melt adhesive and cold adhesive respectively. The cold adhesive gun is cleaned with felt, and its nozzle is sealed with vaseline to prevent cold adhesive from solidifying and blocking the nozzle. Before and after modification, a YB25 soft packer was tested on medium cigarettes in Yuxi Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the label consumption per 50 000 cigarettes reduced by 9.3%, and the rate of sub-quality cigarette packets decreased by 4.97 percentage points. This technology provides a support for promoting cigarette packing quality.
