生产UHVI基础油的加氢异构催化剂载体改性研究

摘    要:以高含蜡油为原料,采用加氢异构法生产UHVI润滑油基础油。以ZSM-5分子筛为载体、贵重金属为活性组分的加氢异构催化剂,在保证粘度指数〉140等UHVI基础油性能的前提下,以加氢异构反应的液收为考察指标,进行了催化剂载体的改性研究,很大程度上提高了催化剂的性能 。

Abstract:With the high wax-bearing oil as feedstock,the UHVI lube base oil can be obtained through hydroisomerizing process.Using ZSM-5 molecular sieve as transfer medium,valuable metals as active component, liquid yield as index,while the VI is more than 140, how to improve the transfer medium of catalyst is studied, so as to improve the performances of catalyst to a great extent.
