| 摘 要： | 工业齿轮油已经更新换代，反应膜取代了吸附膜；根据P8、OK、和FZG试验的过程和评定标准，探讨了高性能工业齿轮油承载能力的评定方法。理论和实践证明，以“评定油膜是否破裂”为目标的PB和OK值，已不适于评定重负荷齿轮油和超级齿轮油。承载能力的评定方法应以FZG为主，辅以PD值。工业齿轮油的评定标准应当修订。

| Abstract: | The industrial gear oil had upgraded,replacing absorption film by reaction film.According to P B,OK and FZG tests and evaluation standard,discussed the evaluate method for the load carry capacity of industrial gear oil with high performances.It is proved by theory and practice that,P B and OK values regarded evaluating the film is break or not as the target have not suited to evaluate the heavy duty gear oil and super grade gear oil.The evaluation method for load carry capacity should use FZG test mainly while taking P D value as subsidiary.The evaluation standard of industrial gear oil should be revised. |
