摘    要:针对某热轧厂切头飞剪机架产生裂纹的问题,利用有限元软件对机架进行应力场分析,并与实际的应力测量数据进行对比,得到了飞剪机架应力分布趋势与机架薄弱环节,找出了产生裂纹的原因是疲劳损伤。对该厂飞剪机架提出可行性改进建议,利用有限元软件进行了改进后的验证,实现飞剪机架结构的优化。

Abstract:For the cracks generated in the flying shear frame of a hot rolling mill, the stress field analysis of the frame is carried out by the finite element software. The analysis stress data is in good agreement with the actual stress measurement data. The stress distribution trends and weak links in the frame are found out, and the main reason for the cracks is the fatigue damage. The feasibility of improvement recommendations is proposed to the frame of hot rolling flying shear, and the improvement validation is performed by the finite element software, thus the optimization of the flying shear frame structure is achieved.
