圆盘剪侧间隙热膨胀问题分析与对策

摘    要:圆盘剪侧间隙变化是发生剪切不正常的重要原因.通过分析圆盘剪侧间隙变化,查找可能影响侧间隙变化的相关因素.同时通过计算刀轴热膨胀量,分析上下刀轴结构,确定上下刀轴热膨胀方向不一致是造成侧间隙变化的根本原因.通过采取改进措施,确保上下刀轴同方向膨胀,消除了侧间隙的变化,圆盘剪能够稳定生产,确保机组顺行生产.

Abstract:Side gap change of the rotary trimming shear is the most important reason which caused cutting abnormal. By analyzing side gap change of the ratary trimming shear, relative factors which may caused side gap change was been found. By calculating the expansion of the blade's shaft and analyzing the structure of the blade's shaft, the different of the heating expansion direction of the upper and bottom blade's shaft are found, and this is the basic reason which caused the side gap changed. To get the same direction of heating expansion, some measures are taken, side gap change have been eliminated finally, and the smooth production has been guaranteed.
