摘    要:油田产出CO2气回收处理方法有:吸收法、膜分离法等,这些方法的特点是将CO2作为杂质进行处理并回收利用。提出的精馏与低温提馏耦合处理油田CO2驱产出气的回收方法,是一种逆处理流程,即将油田产出气中的甲烷和液态天然气作为杂质剔除,达到分离、回收CO2的目的。其工艺流程简单、操作成本低,适合于中小规模油田CO2产出气的回收。为我国大范围开展二氧化碳驱提高油田采收率的产出气回收提供了可供借鉴的示例。

Abstract:The conventional methods to recover and treat oilfield output CO2 are absorption, membrane separation and so on. The proposed method of coupling of distillation and low temperature stripping to recover output gas in CO2 flooding process, character- ized with converse processing procedure, achieves the goal of separation and recovery of CO2by excluding methane and liquid natu- ral gas as impurities. With simple flow chart and low operation cost, the method is feasible for application in CO2flooding output gas recovery in small-medium sized oilfields. The method provided referential examples for large scale CO2 flooding output gas recovery.
