摘    要:针对大唐碧口水力发电厂远程闸门监控系统网络容易中断、实时性差的缺点,设计了一种闸门自动控制系统.通过研制PLC闸门现地控制单元,使用iFIX组态软件编制了上位机控制程序,利用PLC中CPU模块所带的内置以太网卡实现了PLC和上位机的通信,实现了对大唐碧口水力发电厂四扇闸门的自动控制.

Abstract:Because the sluice supervisory and control system of datang bikou hydropower plant has had shortcoming of the weak real-time performance,in this paper a scheme of automatic sluice control system is presented.A local sluice control unit based on PLC technology is designed and the communication between the PLC and superior computer is realized by using the build-in Ethernet card which included in the PLC's CPU module.In addition,a control-programme is designed by using the iFIX configuration software.By applying the local control units,communication network and configuration control interface the automatic control on the four sluices of the Datang bikou hydropower plant is successfully realized.
