| 摘 要： | 随着城市电话的迅速普及，本地电话网的规模不断扩大、结构日趋势复杂，传统的以人工、缀伙主的分散式简单网络管理已不能适应现代网络管理的要求，本文介绍我们遵循了ＴＭＮＭ原则与思想开发的本地电话网网络管理系统。

The decentralized simple network management which counts traditionarily on human's experience can not satisfy the requirements of the modern network management. This article introduces the management system of local telephone network developed by us. |
