摘    要:事故多米诺效应是一系列事故的连锁反应,影响范围广,后果严重,引起了国内外的广泛关注。由于国内对事故管理不完善,事故信息统计不系统,事故的多米诺效应还没有得到深刻的认识。本文回顾了多米诺效应在工业事故中的发展历程,分析了多米诺效应的特征及扩展因素,通过对国内外相关事故信息的统计分析,对多米诺事故的初始事件、频发区域、危险物质及事故类型等进行了阐述,并讨论了多米诺效应的发展趋势。随着我国工业规模的不断扩大,对工业事故多米诺效应的研究分析将有助于预防重大连锁事故的发生。

Abstract:Domino effect in industrial accidents is a chain reaction of a series of failures, featuring a wide influence area and a serious consequence, which has attracted extensive attention. Due to the poor accidents management and insufficient statistic information, the domino effect of accident has not been profound understood in domestic. The paper reviews the development of domino effect in the industrial accidents, and analyses the characteristics of a domino effect and propagating factors. Through the statistical analysis of relevant accident information both at home and abroad, the initial events, propagating factors, frequent areas, dangerous substances, and domino types are illustrated and the trend of the domino effect is also discussed. With China~ industrial scale expanding unceasingly, conducting the research on domino effect of industrial accidents will contribute to prevent the major chain accidents.
