摘    要:为了掌握磷尾矿的热解性能,对磷尾矿进行不同时间、不同温度的煅烧实验,并测定煅烧后氧化钙、氧化镁分解情况。实验结果表明,当煅烧温度达到600℃时磷尾矿开始分解,分解不是通常认为的碳酸镁先分解,而是碳酸钙和碳酸镁伴随分解,温度到750℃时碳酸钙碳酸镁基本分解完全。

Determination of Thermal Decomposition Rate of Phosphate Tailings

Abstract:In order to master the pyrolysis properties of phosphate tailing, we calcined phosphate tailing with different time, different temperature and measured the contents of calcium oxide, magnesium oxide. Results show that when the calcination temperature reached 600℃ phosphate tailings starts to break down and the decomposition is not usually magnesium earbonate's decomposition, but the calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate decomposed together. When it came 750℃, the mixture of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate decomposed completely.
