固体碱催化法合成壬基酚甲醛树脂的工艺研究

摘    要:本文研究了以壬基酚和甲醛为原料,固体碱为催化剂,合成壬基酚醛树脂的新工艺。对酚醛比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度四个影响因素进行了正交优化实验,确定了优化合成工艺,得到了黏度为20000 mPa·s左右的壬基酚醛树脂,该工艺稳定可靠。

Abstract:With nonyl phenol and formaldehyde as material and solid base as catalyst,a new composition technology of nonyl phenol and formaldehyde resin was achieved. The four effect factors of ratio of nonyl phenol and formaldehyde,the amount of catalyst,temperature and time of reaction was investigated by means of orthogonal optimum experiments. Under optimum conditions,nonyl phenol and formaldehyde resin with viscosity more than 20 000 mPa·s was composed. The process is stable and reliable.
