新型煤制甲醇实训仿真工厂的开发与应用

摘    要:随着煤化工工业的飞速发展,熟练操作技工的需求量也越来越大。为了提高企业工人以及高职院校学员的实践能力以及职业技术能力,我们研发了基于半实物仿真技术的煤制甲醇实训仿真工厂。该仿真工厂具有真实的工艺、设备,与实际生产一致的操作方式、控制系统。并且该系统可进行与实际装置相一致的开车、停车、各种事故的仿真训练。仿真工厂使仿真控制与实操有机的结合,不仅降低了教学成本,还以其广泛的适用性、开放性等特点,丰富教学形式,优化教学效果,帮助企业培养出优秀的技术工人。

Exploitation and Application of Training Simulation Plant of New Type Coal to Methanol

Abstract:With the rapid development of coal chemical industry, the demand for skilled workers is increasing. In order to improve the enterprise and vocational college studentg practical ability and the occupation technical ability, we develop the coal to methanol training simulation plant of semi physical simulation technology. The simulation plant has not only the real process, equipment, also the same operation mode and eontrel system that with actual factory. And the system that can be used for simulation training is consistent with the actual factory drive, such as starting up, shutting down, and all kinds of accidents. The organic combination of simulation control and operation not only can reduce the teaching cost, also with the characteristics of wide applieability, openness, enrich teaching forms, teaching effect, can cultivate excellent sldlled workers for the enterprise.
