汾江河水环境容量模型计算及其应用

摘    要:本文根据禅城区汾江河的水动力参数和水环境条件,建立了一维感潮河网水流水质数学模型,利用数学模型来计算禅城区内河涌的水环境容量。模拟计算表明:按水环境容量折算成的汾江河COD允许排放量为2498.1t/a,氨氮允许排放量为139.0t/a,总磷的允许排放量为24.0t/a。而汾江河主要河涌2012年COD实际受纳量为5442.7t/a、氨氮实际受纳量为704.5t/a、总磷实际受纳量为71.4t/a。这充分说明,汾江河污染受纳量大大超出允许排放量,需要进行排污总量削减。

Abstract:According to the hydrodynamic and water environmental conditions of Fenjiang River, this paper adopted a one - dimensional tidal river network mathematical model to calculate the water environmental capacity of Fenjiang River. The simulation calculation shows that: by converting the water environmental capacity of Fenjiang River, the allowed emission for COD is 2498. lt/a, the allowed emission for ammonia nitrogen is 139.0t/a, the allowed emission for total phosphorus is 24.0t/a. While the actual emissions to main stream of Fen River in 2012 were: 5442.7t/a of the COD, 704.5t/a of the ammonia nitrogen and 71.4t/a of the total phosphorus . It shows that the actual pollution emissions to Fenjiang River greatly exceeds the permitted emissions, and the total amount of emissions need reducing.
