二级标准黏度液密度定值方法的研究

摘    要:本文用密度瓶法和斯塔宾格黏度计法测量一系列黏度值在(2~2000)mm2/s的标准黏度液密度值,比较两种方法的测量重复性及测量误差。实验数据表明斯塔宾格黏度计法的测量重复性小于0.0001 g/cm3,测量误差小于0.0004 g/cm3,测量结果与密度瓶法相当,表明斯塔宾格黏度计为黏度范围在(2~2000)mm2/s的二级标准黏度液密度定值是可行的。

Abstract:In this paper, pycnometer and Stabinger viscometer are used respectively for measurement density of standard liquid of viscosity which ranges (2 -2000) mm2/s, and the measurement repeatability and the measurement error of two methods are compared. Experimental data shows the repeatability of Stabinger viscometer is less than 0. 0001 g/cm3, and the measuriement error is less than 0. 0004 g/cm3 , which are similar with pycnometer method. The date indicates that Stabinger viscometer method for measurement density of second two standard liquid of viscosity which ranges (2 - 2000) mm2/s is feasible.
