膦酰基聚马来酸-丙烯酸缓蚀防垢剂的合成及性能

摘    要:以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、亚磷酸钠为原料,过硫酸铵APS为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合法合成了膦酰基聚马来酸-丙烯酸缓蚀防垢剂,研究了合成条件对阻垢剂性能的影响,评价了其对碳酸钙的防垢性能及其缓蚀性能。实验结果表明,当单体的物质量配比n(MA):n(AA)=2:1,亚磷酸钠用量为单体总量的15%,引发剂用量为单体总量的6%,75℃条件下反应5h合成的共聚物阻垢剂加量在10mg/L时的防垢率达95%以上,有较好的缓蚀效果。

Abstract:Phosphonyl polymaleie anhydride - acrylic corrosion scale inhibitor was synthesized with maleie anhydride, acrylic acid, sodium phosphite as materials, ammonium persulfate as the initiator, by aqueous solution polymerization. The effects of synthetic conditions on the scale inhibitor properties was analyzed and the antifouling properties and corrosion properties of calcium carbonate was evaluated. The results showed that when mass of the monomer composition ratio of n (MA) : n (AA) = 2 : 1, the amount of sodium hypophosphite is 15% of the total monomers, the initiator in an amount of 6% of the total monomer , reaction temperature 75℃, reaction time 5h. In this way , scale - inhibiting efficiency of the corrosion and scale inhibitor was up to 95% with the number of the inhibitor 10mg/L, a better inhibition effect.
